I found the video about African-American Children and Teenagers to be depressing,
sickening, but also very true.  I am a 42 year old black man and for many years I
was raised in an environment where I was taught that "being black" was considered
second class, or worse.  I was never given the opportunity to associate with friends
that were not the same skin color as me until I was almost 16 years old.  I was
constantly conditioned to believe that non-black people looked down on black folks.
My "so-called" black brothers used "street language" when we hung out.  Using the
word "nigger" around my black brothers became as common as non-black folks
using the word "friend".  It wasn't until I was about 30 years old that I realized my
dysfunctional upbringing was the cause of most of my social hangups. I realized
there is no "white devil" or "Mr. Charlie" to hold me back.  All my problems started
with my own Mother and Father who raised me the way they were raised, which was
making me believe that someone was always "trying to keep the black man down".
The video on your website reminds me of the self-inflicted wounds the
African-American community has bestowed upon itself. It's time we as
African-Americans stop blaming other people for our own problems.  Thanks for
giving me the opportunity to express my opinion on this extremely sensitive subject
BLACK IN AMERICA
By Latisha Russell

The video on African-American kids shows what happens when a race of people is
suppressed for over 400 years.  When I was a girl I always felt out of place when I
wasn't with children of my own race. I'm 35 years old and I still feel out of place when
I'm around people who aren't black. I think African-Americans have been given the
short end of the stick for years, and still are.  The Katrina thing just enforced my
belief that white people, after all these years, still don't give a damn about us. Any
President who would purposely let people drown is evil.  The few African-Americans
in the Republican Party have sold out there heritage for self-serving power instead
of helping their own people.  This makes me frustrated and angry.  I believe that
racism is not only alive and well in America, it is getting worse and worse.  Until
white, brown, and yellow people in this country admit their racism and suppression,
the situation will never get better. We must all learn from our mistakes.
RACISM IN AMERICA

Three cheers for Michael Richards and his tirade!!  Those asshole hecklers
deserved every word uttered.  I don't care what words he used.  When you go to a
comedy show keep your comments to yourself.  It's tough enough to get drunken
customers to laugh, but when you have some jerk throwing insults at the performer,
it makes it ten times tougher. If I was a paying customer I would have punched those
hecklers in the nose myself. The only reason why Richards apologized was to get
booked for future shows.  I'm sure he didn't mean it.  Keep these controversial
videos coming.

Danny Devito is "the man".  He is only showing all of America what they already
know, and that is the fact Bush is a fucking idiot.  The fact that he was drunk when
he said this only shows that he really meant it.  Why he later apologized was a big
mistake. Why should he apologize for telling the truth?
By Wendy Thompson

Danny Devito's insulting comments about President Bush only bolster my opinion of
the "Hollywood Left".  He is rude, vulgar, nasty, and classless.  If a comedian ever
made fun of a Democratic President in the same manner, they would be shunned,
ridiculed, and black-balled. Double standards apply to those who have no
manners. This is why double standards "always" apply to "Hollywood Liberals".

Michael Richards is a "racist to the max".  Anyone who calls an African-American
"nigger" should have his balls cut off and shoved down his throat.  This cracker
is all KKK from head to toe.  His apology is bullshit.  If that was me in that comedy
club I would have taken care of business then and there.  When are these fuck-ups
going to wise-up?
